1. Colour Discrepancy

We take all efforts to display the colour of all our products as accurately possible on the website. However, as the colours you see will completely depend on your device, and thus there is no guarantee from us that the display of colour will be accurate.

2. Exchange and Refund Terms

We hope you had a wonderful shopping experience with us. However, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you in full (not the initial shipping cost) under our 7-day return policy.

The item you wish to return must be couriered back to our address within 7 days after delivery and should be received by us in a sellable condition.

The courier charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.

After the product is received, we will check it and exchange it.

A refund is only possible if the item is defective. Exchange of sizes is possible in 7 days. Please contact us before you return the piece so we can be prepared.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order placed by you, please call or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders thereby cancelled will receive their refund back to their mode of payment.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will not be refunded.
