ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers can request the cancellation of an order by contacting our customer support team via email: Sleepytotsnightsuit@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and relevant details. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

All products purchased on our website are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date the order is delivered. If more than 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS

1. You have to email us at sleepytotsnightwear@gmail.com or drop us a whatsapp on +91-9819060526 / +91-9820756194 to initiate return process.

2. Once we get your request of exchange or return, you will have to arrange to courier us the package back at our registered address.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the money to your bank account within 7 working days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received a refund after 15 days of the approval email please contact us at sleepytotsnightwear@gmail.com

5. Sale items are non-refundable.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchange requests.

SHIPPING

You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
